A Foundation of Care

Chiropractic care is similar to building a house. If walls are built before the creation of a solid foundation, they will eventually weaken collapse. Place roof on top of walls that aren’t ready and you face disaster. The same is true for your body. Your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully.

Phase 1: Pain Relief

If you are in pain when you come into our office, the first objective is to help you feel better. This is our first and most important priority. You cannot move to the next phases until the pain is gone.

Phase 2: Corrective Care

During the corrective care phase, muscles and other tissues are allowed to heal more completely, thereby helping to prevent injury. This includes improving your posture and strengthening your muscles, as well as ensuring your body is functioning properly.

Phase 3: Wellness Care

Once your body has fully healed and functioning the way it is supposed to, it is important to come in for periodic adjustments. This helps maintain the health of your body to avoid problems in the future.

““I came to Dr. Gatsinaris with limited mobility and moderate to severe pain in my back. After one session, there was a noticeable improvement and after the second session, I felt great.  I am more able to participate in activities that have been off limits to me for many years.  ART helped me tremendously.  Thank you Dr. Gatsinaris, you have magic in your hands.”
