If you use a desktop, adjust your chair so that you can comfortably look at your screen without having to look up or down. When your neck is properly aligned with your spine, your muscles are well supported.

The right chair can make the biggest difference. First and foremost, your office chair should provide you with plenty of back support. Be sure that your lower back can rest against a lumbar support and that you’re be able to tilt back very slightly.
